We will honor your Return request, as long as the returning item(s) is in the new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with any (if applicable) original tags attached within 45 days of the purchase date.

Returns will be processed at our discretion. Any items that have been returned after the returns period of 45 days will automatically be charged a 25% restocking fee. Furthermore, any items that appear to have been worn, washed, soiled, altered, or contain any indication of perfumes/colognes, cigarette smoke, or any kind of pet hair will automatically be charged a 25% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days of purchase date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All COSMETIC, ACCESSORY, and ALL CLEARANCE purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

At this time we do NOT offer direct exchanges, but don't worry -- please go ahead and replace an order for the correct size or color, and as soon as we receive your return we will issue you a full refund.

Once our warehouse has received your item and has been checked in, we will issue you your refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you send your returning item with a traceable carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL and obtain tracking number. Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse in case your package gets lost in transit.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
